Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Besiktas forward Semih Kilicsoy in recent weeks. Turkish outlet Fanatik recently reported that Tottenham are eyeing the 18-year-old forward, who is one of the Superlig’s best young attacking talents. In January, they claimed that Spurs were in pursuit of Kilicsoy along with the likes of Aston Villa, Napoli and Borussia Dortmund.
