A speeding driver who avoided a ban due to the likely impact on his work and family is among the latest to come before magistrates. Vytautas Janusas, 37, of Trinity Road, Edwinstowe, plead guilty to speeding on March 28, and was sentenced during an appearance at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on May 1. On August 14, 2023, Janusas drove an Audi at a speed exceeding 30mph on Kings Mill Road/Kirkby Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield.
