A restaurant owner is expanding his food services into a new and bigger location. Masood Sarwar, also known as Maz, will be opening the Steak and Curry House on Monday, June 17, within the Belvoir Hotel in Whatton-in-the-Vale. Maz previously ran Spice India in the Rutland Arms in Bottesford, but recently left after new owners took over. “After I left I wanted to stay in this area, so when the hotel contacted me I said we would be happy to be there,” said Maz.
