Bishop’s Stortford Community Football Club under-14 Wanderers continued their magnificent rise by triumphing 4-2 at Welwyn Pegasus to be crowned champions with two games to spare. The team have stormed to the Mid-Herts Rural Minors League, Division One title having started life in Division Five just four years ago. Wanderers started the game well and Olly Sturrock found the bottom corner before Tom Foden doubled the advantage by heading in Max Foster’s corner.
