Newcastle United, Arsenal and Liverpool appear to all be taking a fancy to one particular player with talks already going on behind the scenes. Arsenal spent just under £100 million in the summer transfer window, as Riccardo Calafiori, David Raya, and Mikel Merino signed permanent deals at the Emirates.
