New Jersey State Police are looking for two people who they say flipped a car on Interstate 195 early Wednesday morning and then stole the vehicle of a good Samaritan who had stopped to help them. At about 3:17 a.m. Wednesday morning, a passing driver pulled over after witnessing an overturned silver Volkswagen on Interstate 195 in Jackson Township, spokesperson for the New Jersey State Police Charles Marchan said Thursday.
