Former Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, on Saturday faulted claims that the immediate past administration of ex-President Muhammadu Buhari was a failure. Ngige said Buhari’s administration carried out some remarkable projects like completing the Second Niger Bridge, school feeding programmes, Enugu Airport, among others.
