A Missouri man has admitted his role in a fentanyl distribution operation that involved receiving drugs through the mail and sending out the proceeds. Timothy Carter, 35, pleaded guilty on Monday to a felony conspiracy charge related to distributing and possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute. According to court documents, Carter conspired with A.D. Harris, 31, of St. Louis County, who pleaded guilty to the same charge in December 2023.
