Earlier today, we reported that Realme GT Neo 6 was available for pre-order on JD.com. Now, the brand has officially hinted at the smartphone’s arrival. The company shared the announcement on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. Last month, Realme introduced GT Neo 6 SE in the country.
A teaser published by Realme confirms that the GT Neo 6 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. The company claims that it ranks eighth in terms of performance and the device will be presented in the near future. The exact launch date has not yet been revealed. We can expect the brand to drop more teasers in the coming days.
Realme GT Neo 6 will replace last year’s GT Neo 5. The specifications of the upcoming GT Neo 6 have been leaked several times in the past. According to the latest list of retailers, the device will support 120W fast charging. It will be available in a variant with 1 TB of storage. The smartphone is also rumored to be offered in a 24GB RAM variant.
The Realme GT Neo 6 is expected to borrow some of the same specifications as the GT Neo 6 SE. This means that it will be equipped with a 1.5K OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The device will be powered by a 5500 mAh battery. The GT Neo 6 and Neo 6 SE are likely to differ in processor, battery charging speed, and possibly camera.
More details about the Realme GT Neo 6 will be announced soon.
