A teen driver in Bergen County is facing more serious charges after allegedly fleeing a crash that ultimately killed a 40-year-old woman, authorities announced Tuesday. The teen involved in the hit-and-run on Jan. 25 was initially charged with third and fourth-degree crimes after allegedly running from a crash that left the driver of another car seriously injured, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said.
