Chelsea reached a ‘private agreement’ with Romelu Lukaku’s agent last year, with the player set to leave the club this summer. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues will demand a transfer fee of £38m (€44m) for Lukaku in the upcoming window. The exit clause was decided between both parties last summer.
