Former Obama White House ethics czar and impeachment lawyer Norm Eisen sounded the alarm about the Georgia Election Board changing the rules to give Donald Trump a boost. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Tuesday that the Trump-endorsed board is trying to change rules for the certification of the results.
