Pajaree Newlove, of Thai resturant Pajaree’s, was found to have mouldy food, which had a “foul smell” at the premisis in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Calderdale Council sent the owner a letter following an unsuccesful inspection in November, where they issued her another low rating.
