Plans to make Cemetery Road in Bishop’s Stortford a one-way route have been criticised by Labour, Liberal Democrat and Conservative councillors. Residents are being urged to protest against the change which has been presented as a safety measure for cyclists. Consultation on a new traffic order has been launched by Hertfordshire County Council.
