Harry Kane was substituted for the second straight time in the Bundesliga amid new injury concerns on Sunday around the Bayern Munich striker and England captain. Kane went off with some 20 minutes left in Bayern’s 3-3 draw at Eintracht Frankfurt with what appeared to be a thigh muscle problem. “It is too early to say what he has.
