PASCO COUNTY, Fla. \- A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for 14-year-old Emma Kernon. Emma is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen in the vicinity of the 9300 block of Wellstone Drive in Land O’ Lakes. At the time of her disappearance, Emma was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and black shorts.
