A young chef at a popular pub has revealed his ambitions for the future after being crowned Employee of the Year. Tyler Pease, who started as a pot washer at The Angel at Watlington five years ago, received the accolade for his current role as chef de partie at the Mayor’s Business Awards held at Lynn’s Alive Corn Exchange on Friday.
