The emergency services have closed a road after a person was seen on the roof of a building. Police officers, paramedics, and firefighters have been called to the High Street, in Strood, near Rochester Bridge. The precise details of the incident are not yet known, however, it is thought a person is on the roof of STS Tyres. A nearby businessman said his staff told him a person was “walking around” on top of the shop while police officers attempted to talk to them.
