Punctuality on West Anglia train services between Cambridge and London and the Stansted Express lag behind other Greater Anglia routes. Performance for the last four-week period (ending July 20) across the network was, on average, 95% – using the public performance measure (PPM), which measures arrival times at destination stations for each service.
