Experts have been left furious over accusations that “drivers have been ripped off” by the UK’s electric vehicle movement, stating that it’s not the charging infrastructure that is the problem. The CEO of Charge UK Vicky Read argued that the industry understood how vital the charging sector is in helping more drivers transition to an EV, but stated the Government needs to have more involvement instead of blaming the lack of infrastructure.
