German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife Elke Büdenbender landed in Mongolia on Wednesday. During their two-day state visit, they will be accompanied by a delegation of cultural representatives. Germany and Mongolia intend to seal a strategic partnership on Wednesday. The occasion for the trip is also the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Germany and the East Asian country.
