British authorities are asking for witnesses to a possible neglect incident at a Legoland theme park to come forward after a disturbing incident. A 27-year-old woman was arrested after a five-month-old boy suffered a cardiac arrest at the Legoland Windsor Resort a child-friendly park based on lego building blocks. It happened at the Coastguard HQ boat ride around 1 p.m. last Thursday. The Thames Valley Police say the boy was taken to hospital, where he remained in a critical condition.
