Oppo has confirmed that the Reno 12 lineup will be announced this month. The series is expected to include three models, such as Reno 12F, Reno 12, and Reno 12 Pro. A new leak, courtesy of leaker Chun, shows that the Reno 12F will be available in 4G and 5G versions internationally.

Oppo Reno 12 5G, 4G specifications (rumored)

According to the leak, the Reno 12F 4G will be equipped with a Snapdragon 680 chip, while its 5G version will have a Dimensity 6300v. In Southeast Asian markets, the 4G version is likely to cost less than $300.

The leak does not contain information about the price of Reno 12F 5G. Both phones will be sold in colors such as gray, green, and orange.

The 4G model will not have NFC support, while the 5G version will be equipped with it. The leak also shows that both phones will have identical cameras. There will be a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 selfie camera on the front.

At the back, both phones will have a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50D primary camera, which will be joined by an 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel secondary cameras. Both models will have an LED ring around one of the cameras.

The Reno 12F 4G and 5G variants may differ in RAM and storage options. Unfortunately, the leak doesn’t include any information about the RAM, storage, display, battery, or charging of the Reno 12F series. A recent certification showed that the 5G version could have a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. We hope that future reports will reveal other details about the Reno 12F series.
