The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, has discussed the safety situation at the Zaporizhzhya and Kursk nuclear power plants with Russian officials. The IAEA is doing everything it can to ensure the nuclear safety of the plants which are threatened by the conflict in the region, Grossi said in the Russian Baltic city of Kaliningrad after a meeting with the head of the Russian nuclear holding company Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev.
