Israeli strikes on central Syria at dawn on Wednesday killed at least 10 people, among them six civilians, a war monitor has said. “Six civilians have been killed, including a woman and her son, in Israeli strikes on a building in the Hamra neighbourhood of Homs city,” said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
