Tokyo stocks opened nearly flat Friday as investors looked to U.S. employment data for May due out later in the day for clues about the Federal Reserve’s policy outlook. In the first 15 minutes of trading, the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average fell 25.16 points, or 0.07 percent, from Thursday to 38,678.35. The broader Topix index was down 1.97 points, or 0.07 percent, at 2,755.26.
