Without question the big news of the last week has been the Sooners sending out a new in-state offer. On Saturday, for those who missed it, Oklahoma offered Jenks defensive lineman Cash Jacobsen. The big man, who grew up as a Sooners fan, took in his time in Norman as a fact-finding mission rather than trying to rush into anything he shouldn’t.
