Some light snow and rain will continue today as cleanup continues froma winter storm that brought 5 to 11 inches of snow to northern New Jersey, as forecasters shift attention to another serious storm threat that could bring significant and widespread flooding to the state Tuesday with up to 4 inches of rain and wind gusts up to 60 mph.
