Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ruled out the Russians taking the north-eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv amid rumours of an imminent Russian offensive against the city. “Kharkiv is protected today,” Zelensky said in an interview broadcast on television on Saturday.
