A historic hotel on the seafront has been brought back to life – with a reopening date announced. The Golden Lion Hotel on The Green in Hunstanton is in the midst of an extensive refurbishment courtesy of the team at Strata Architects. This has included a new addition of a conservatory lounge with a ‘glass lantern-style roof’ overlooking the front. After proposals submitted to West Norfolk Council in November to revamp the hotel were approved, the building is now set to open on Friday, March 22.
