US-based car giant Ford continued to make heavy losses with electric cars – and closed the past quarter in the red with a $526 million loss. In the same quarter of the previous year, Ford reported a profit of around $1.3 billion. Meanwhile, sales grew year-on-year from $44 billion to $46 billion, Ford announced after the US stock exchange closed on Tuesday.
