MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A 65-year-old Tavernier man, Richard Hayward Eddins, was arrested Friday by Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Detectives on a felony charge of lewd and lascivious behavior on a child less than 12 years old. The arrest followed a search warrant executed at Eddins’ Tavernier residence on Harbor Drive, during which several electronic devices and storage media were seized.
