A bicyclist died Monday morning after being hit by a New Jersey State Police SUV in Warren County, investigators announced Tuesday. The person was hit by the trooper, who was driving an unmarked police SUV, shortly after 6 a.m. on Willow Grove Street near Brook Hollow Drive in Hackettstown, according to a statement from the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.
