A person has been taken to hospital following a crash involving two vehicles which forced a main route to close. The accident happened at 4.15pm on the A228 Malling Road and Rocfort Road in Snodland and is believed to have involved an overturned van. The busy road has been closed in both directions. A spokesman for Kent Police said: “Kent Police was called at 4.16pm to a report of a collision involving two vehicles on the A228 near Snodland. “One person has been taken to hospital as a precaution.
