Water has been spotted spilling onto a residential street following a “four-day” leak. Southern Water says urgent maintenance is being carried out at the top of Southdown Road in Halfway, on Sheppey. A video of the leak was posted online today, with part of the area barricaded off and water seen spraying up from a hole in the road. Anne Collins said: “I drive along there every day coming back from my mum’s house. “It’s been like that since the weekend, but was only trickling down the road.
