Sony Group Corp. said Wednesday it had lifted its net profit forecast for the year ending March 2025 to 980 billion yen ($6.7 billion) from an earlier projection of 925 billion yen. Sales are now projected at 12.61 trillion yen for the current fiscal year, compared with an earlier estimate of 12.31 trillion yen.
