Chelsea are interested in signing Luca Netz from Bundesliga club Borussia Monchengladbach. That is according to well respected journalist Simon Phillips. Luca Netz, who’s aged just 20, is having a great individual season in the German top division with Gladbach. The attack-minded defender, who’s playing a mixture of both left-back and left wing-back this campaign, looks like a very exciting young talent.
