Liverpool blinked first this weekend in dropping points in the title race as they couldn’t quite pick the win up over Manchester United. The Reds couldn’t get over the line despite dominating for much of the game. Despite going ahead through Luis Diaz, Liverpool allowed United back into the game in the second 45 and had a Mo Salah penalty late on to thank for snatching the point. Of course, Liverpool had plenty of the ball and with that, plenty of chances. Overall, the performance was tremendous in the main and they simply couldn’t put the Red Devils to bed.
