Grants of just under £20,000 have been awarded to Diss High School to aid its pupils with their educational growth. The Taylor and Hammond Educational Foundation, which supports young people under the age of 25 looking to enhance their education and training opportunities, gave the grants to provide financial assistance towards the likes of specialised equipment, tools, travel and IT equipment. The school will use the funding to purchase new photography studio equipment, an extensive collection of Manga books to promote reading in the library and musical equipment.
