A new report that analysed the gap between laws and the policies existing for both genders has found that there’s no equality for working women in any country in the world, and the global gender gap was far wider than previously thought. The report, titled Women, Business, and the Law, investigated the impact of childcare and safety policies on women’s participation in the labour market in 190 countries.
