Salem (N.J.) St. Joseph’s Prep four-star linebacker Cam Smith has been committed to the Duke Blue Devils since Feb. 8. Following expert predictions from On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons and VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong, Penn State is now trending to flip Smith away from the Blue Devils.
