A large storm that’s expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds, especially along the coast, is forecasted to hit New Jersey this weekend, forecasters said. Two to three inches of rain with as much as four inches of rain in some spots is possible Sunday through Monday morning, according to the National Weather Service.
