A special Christmas carol service has raised almost £250 for charity. Nearly 100 people attended the carol service at Mintlyn Crematorium on Wednesday. The money raised went to The Norfolk Hospice Tapping House, as well as West Norfolk Mayor Margaret Wilkinson’s charities. Guests at the service had the opportunity to make a voluntary donation for a message tag to place on the Christmas tree of memories. The service was led by civil celebrant Kathy Collins, with music provided by the Mintlyn organist Jonathan Chaddock. By Willow Thornton
