An appeal has been launched by police after a camera was spotted being held up a woman’s skirt in Cambridge. The incident occurred on Burleigh Street in the city centre at about 1.15pm on Saturday (6 April). Officers in Fitzroy Street were alerted and a 27-year-old man, from Newmarket, Suffolk, was arrested on suspicion of operating equipment beneath the clothing of another without consent. He has been bailed until Friday, 5 July.
