Michelina Desiree Goodwin, 46, of Great Mills, Maryland, was sentenced to 61 years in prison, the maximum allowable sentence, for the murder and dismemberment of her boyfriend in December 2022. Goodwin was found guilty by a St. Mary’s County jury in March 2024 of second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and unauthorized disposal of a body.
