MediaTek unveiled its latest top-of-the-line Dimensity 9300+ chip at a developer conference today. At the same event, Vivo unveiled two phones that will be powered by this chip: X100s and iQOO Neo 9s Pro. Images from the event, showing the actual phones on display, are now being shared on Weibo.

As you can see, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro supports the Neo 9 Pro design language, has a flat screen and a camera with a hole in it.

The phone’s settings page reveals that it will have an impressive 1TB of storage and 16GB of RAM. The iQOO will also feature its own Q1 chip for improved gaming performance.

We also saw the Vivo X100s, which retains the design of the other X100 series phones.

In terms of specifications, the Neo 9s Pro is expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.

While the battery capacity remains unconfirmed, it could follow the lead of the Neo 9 Pro and offer a 5160 mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The phone is expected to feature a triple camera setup on the back with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with image stabilization.

The Vivo X100s is expected to share most of the specs with the X100 except for the screen and chip. This means that it will likely have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, and a triple camera setup with a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 3x telephoto lens.
