Latvia has ordered Russian citizens who no longer have a residence permit to leave the country – the first time it has taken such action. Six Russians have received a notice to leave, according to the migration authority in Riga. Two of them have already left, the head of the authority, Maira Roze, told Latvian television on Friday.
