More than 150 complaints and enquiries about Hertfordshire County Council were made to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) last year. Figures for April 2023 to March 2024 have just been published alongside the LGSCO’s annual review of complaints. It shows 01 complaints and enquiries about the county council were about education and children’s services.
