Opinion in Germany is divided over Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s Ukraine policy, according to the findings of a new survey. Of the people questioned, 45% said they were satisfied with it. The ssessment was shared by the majority of supporters of Scholz’s Social Democratic Party (SPD), and his coalition partners in the Greens, and Free Democrats (FDP) – and also of the hard-left Die Linke (The Left).
