Footage shows Andrew Sykes and the RNLI lifeboat team reached the youngster and pull her out of the water within eight and half minutes of receiving the emergency call on Saturday evening. The clip, captured by journalist Tom Lyons, saw the rescue mission completed as worried onlookers were left relieved.
